All products are custom-made to order based on customer-provided designs or instructions.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted designs, spelling, and details are correct. 
• We are not responsible for errors in artwork provided by the customer. 
• By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. 

For custom orders:

• A proof may be provided upon request. 
• Once approved, the design cannot be changed. 
• Orders move into production quickly to ensure fast turnaround. 

• Base pricing includes one-color front and back printing unless otherwise specified. 
• Additional colors, specialty materials, or design work may incur additional charges. 
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final 
• No returns or exchanges unless: 
  • The item is defective 
  • There was an error on our part 

If there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Orders may be canceled only before production begins 
• Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted 

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, images, or designs submitted.
